Pros

Nice location. Willing to pay more in light of complete inability to manage people or create any kind of enjoyable environment. Owners are nice guys personally, but professionally this place was a nightmare. That was a few years ago, so...maybe it has improved?

Cons

Toxic, aggressive, high pressure environment. Product has huge potential, but is just in a broken, buggy state. No sense of importance of modern development processes. As an engineer, you won't have time to develop your skills. Again, all of this was circa 2015-2017.

Our dev team works with Nodejs, React, JQuery Mobile and SQL Server to build our web applications. We have not focused on desktop applications for many years and will continue to work with and learn the latest technologies. I'm a business owner. I have to be aggressive to keep the company running.
