- No Pros - All cons - They will seduce you to get your visa transfer to them
Cons
So many of them. its a trap. The worst part is they don't file your 485 when the time comes. They will make you cry till hell. They get lot of RFE's on Labor and 140. Don't join them.

Your bare min Salary is given every 2 weeks
Cons
Many : - Medical plan is very poor, Deductible 2500/person, 10,000 per Family - Medical Plan changes every June hence deductible gets reset twice a year once in June and other in December. - H1B & Green card cost is deducted from your salary - Company Promise 2 weeks of paid leaves but never pays. Overall i had many bad experience but can not mention at this public website. I left this company even without getting my Green Card, that too after 5 years.
