They don’t give raises

There are no real pros

Cons

They’re not very attentive to their clients or to their workers they will put you off as a worker. They won’t get back to you when you need help when you email them through the company email they will essentially lie to you for the most part they will not give you a raise, no matter what But they want you to work hard for the little bit of pay with the cost-of-living going up. they don’t realize that they will lose a lot of good workers, but I don’t think they really care as long as their site managers and area managers make the money. If you are a hard worker, you would not get the money you would not be appreciated For the work that you do.
