Worst job I've had

A Lot of down time

Cons

Bad management, employees do what they want, no raises if anything 1 25¢ raise for people that have been there for years. Terrible turnover rate. Employees drop like flies leaving 2-4 people to do the jobs of 7-8. Overnight supervisor is always no where to be found, and they just hire people to fill their spots, they don't look for people who actually work leaving a lot of work on the same few people.
