Salary is good, they buy you food and are not greedy on bonuses.

Cons

ZERO work family balance. They literally have no regard for family life/time. They call and e-mail you all hours day, night, weekend. They do not respect your time off. They expect you to work 12 or more hours a day and talk about you if you don't. There is an enormous amount of back stabbing, and slander of eachother. It's rampant. They won't think twice to throw you under the bus to take attention off of them. They allow unethical events to take place among their prefered employees. Things that would get other people fired are protected there. Including inappropriate relationships.

The Pro to working at SBM is the opportunity for growth. I have a Organizational Communication degree and I was never able to use my degree. SBM came into my life and gave me the opportunity to use that degree. Everyday is a new challenge that gives me the opportunity for growth in a fast paced environment. Each day I'm challenged which helps me to be the professional that I strive to be. SBM is a leader in innovation and technology and the culture instilled is inspiring.

Cons

Paying paid every two weeks as to being paid once a week.
