      This company might not be bad if they had better supervisors

      Pros

      $11 and hour is decent pay for a janitor. They promote from within.

      Cons

      Either my supervisor messed up or the company messed up, because my first paycheck was supposed to be on a Friday. Had to call HR to get my check and was told my supervisor did not enter my hours until the following MONDAY. My paycheck was 7 days late. Severely understaffed Mandated weekends Not enough training Unprofessional supervisors that cannot do their jobs Supervisors do not know the routes or proper way to clean

      Pros

      Pay is a little more than minimum wage but they are flexible enough to work with most schedules.

      Cons

      There is a huge turnover rate. Most employees have only been here for a few months and there seems to be a "snitch" mentality instead of a "team" mentality. There isn't much training although they say they have classes. I wouldn't know as it has not been mentioned since I started.
