      Pros

      Fellow employees are great and our customers are good people. Hours are pretty good, but pay is disgusting. Way too much work and little pay. To many chiefs not enough Indians

      Cons

      Management turn over is unbelievable. I am on #14 in my 3 1/2 years here.. Just because you have a "college" education does not mean you know everything...

      Got all my requests off and some of management showed genuine concern for me when I had to take off due to surgery but other then that not much.

      Cons

      The more you did the more they wanted and kept adding on and forget about a raise. Your not getting one !!!! I worked there over a year and didn't get a raise and the bonus program they have is bogus so you won't get a raise or bonus and always changing managers and bad management and treat their workers like crap!!!! Place where I worked at the company was so picky and nothing was ever good enough and I could go on forever but last but not least they were all for them and the company not the employees!!! Think twice before you decide to work here unless you are desperate or just going to be a temporary job for you.

      Tyrannical CEO fires entire departments on whim

      SBM's employees are actually good people at heart.

      Cons

      CEO Charles Somers is distrustful of his organization, frequently changes his mind after giving approvals, yells and cusses out employees during phone conferences, and fires entire departments on a whim based solely on his personal perception even if they are high performing.
