Pros

For the most part, the employees I came across or interacted with were nice, I was usually the only employee in the office.

Cons

If you are a new hire stepping into this role, I wish you good luck. You be expected to handle various tasks with limited training. Additionally, you will receive inconsistent instructions from leadership specifically from your direct report. Furthermore, if you make a mistake, you can expect an unprofessional unscheduled call. Additionally, be prepared to be heavily micromanaged in this position.

It's a job and you get paid weekly.

Cons

Blatant favoritism. They cannot seem to follow their own policies to the letter like they want employees to do and will lie to your face about it if they feel you are mentally challenged or too timid to challenge them. Certain shifts put their work off on other shifts to do and very little is done about it.
