Pros

Used to be some pros, not anymore

Cons

I would strongly advise against working at this company due to the toxic culture fostered by senior leadership. The entire executive team, including the President, COO, and CSO, seems to operate in constant fear of the owner and CEO, Charles. Despite their titles, these leaders lack essential qualities such as accountability, transparency, emotional intelligence, and communication skills. Rather than confront challenges head-on, they avoid addressing critical issues, leaving problems unresolved and employees unsupported. Confidentiality is often disregarded, with leadership openly discussing employee issues. The company has lost numerous talented managers, directors, and VPs due to the hostile environment and lack of support. Senior leadership's favorite slogan is, "We are in the people's business," but in reality, they show little care for their employees. In short, this company's culture is deeply flawed, and until significant changes are made at the leadership level, it will continue to bleed talent and create an unhealthy atmosphere.
