Pros

Non management coworkers are great people, there's free coffee, a 360 and ping pong (neither of which you'll ever have time to use).

Cons

Things you should expect while working with SBM: - 60+ hour work weeks - To work weekends whenever the CEO has a hissy fit - To receive no training, instruction, or help getting up to speed when starting - To see your coworkers yelled at and fired regularly (turnover is crazy) - Blame passed everywhere - A CEO who is more concerned with design than having a functional product - A consequently bloated and frustrated UI/UX team Don't be swayed by the salary, when you consider the conditions and the hours that you're actually working, it's completely not worth it. Don't be swayed by the positive reviews here, they either are reflective of non tech workers, or they're not legit. Don't be swayed by the lighthearted interview, that mood will quickly fade once the CEO flips his lid, which you won't have to wait long for.

Pros

None...location maybe is the only positive. Free Sodas and snacks to employees to try and appear as if they care about the employees.

Cons

Run fast! Stay away. Management is horrible. I'm surprised this company is still in business. The illegal and unethical practices that go on is crazy.

Pros

Flexible hours allows for family/work life balance. The technology platform here is unlike any other in the industry and really helps support strong customer advocacy. The people in corporate and out in the field are great! I have built many friendships and business relationships while working here. The budget is yours to manage and you are able to make it work with your site's needs. Ample resources are available from all departments to help support any new initiative, project, customer request or issues you may need.

Cons

Like most janitorial providers, budgets are tight and bids are competitive. Communication between corporate departments seems to be an issue. Our safety department/policies are not in line with or aware of some of our HR policies at times. This could be improved upon.
