1. All managers will bring in the best. Best freind. Best roommate. Best sister. BESTEST. 2. You will train the BESTEST with zero experience 3. Managers will promote you as a project lead and then fire you when project fails. 4. LIKE THE MONEY YOU MAKE THEN BE DUMB STAY DUMB 5. Anyone with a pay over 20 dollars an hour will do anything to keep their job. 6. Some crazy person in accounting goes around and gossips. She is scary. OFFICE VIOLENCE IN MIND

NONE! New management doesn't care about paying a decent wage.

Cons

Watch your back when your contracting firm asks you to lunch. You come back from lunch to find out you are locked out of the building. Treated like a common criminal. Was hired on at a very decent rate but after the CIO who hired me was fired I believe I was let go because I was making double what the other help desk people were making.
