      Lot of advancement opportunities, good culture of people, high profile customers with strong brand identity, bonus opportunities by quarter, personal contact with upper management

      Cons

      No ongoing managerial training, poor communication of day to day expectations and deadlines, not enough site specific upper level support, long unscheduled hours for periods of time, price driven industry, too much customer control over operations, high staff turnover

      Pros

      Paid vacation. Custodial are Union based.

      Cons

      Poverty level pay grade for fast paced detail oriented sweaty work. There is a high turnover rate. I only stick around because I do not have a college degree and cannot afford to be a stay at home wife\mother in this economy. They try to push out reviews and started giving 1% to 3% raises (not enough starting at $10 an hour). The majority of employees can speak vague English but choose to speak Spanish. If you understand Spanish it could be the perfect job for you. Whatever you do do not get hurt on the job.

      Pros

      Only reason I'm working right now is that SBM hired me when no other would (so far) because of background check, which isn't that bad.

      Cons

      I don't agree with the pay rate. Pressure washing for 7 hours with only a 30 minute lunch break is very hard. At this time we are pressure washing the entire Cincinnati Red's Great American Ballpark.
