      Work isn't hard, as long as the crew works together

      Cons

      No raises, no employee evaluations , leads have no authority, site manager never comes to work, took me a year to get direct deposit

      Strong company financially, The owner knows how to keep companies he owns profitable.

      Cons

      Profitability comes at the cost of growth, Margins are kept too high and this prevents the company from being a major player in the janitorial industry. Way to easy to beat their price and still supply great service.

      Pros

      Working for SBM like a janitorial is easy, they assign an area to you if you keep it clean you wont have any problem. Supplies and tools for work are always available.

      Cons

      Night shift, only 4 hours for most employees. Supervisor are overloaded because they need to cover when somebody call out.
