Pros

SBM has been a great employer to me and my family. It is an organization that promotes autonomy in the workforce and recognizes employees for their accomplishments (compensation/growth opportunities) The CEO is very passionate about all facets of the organization having high expectations of his teams (line level & up) yet is invested in ensuring employees understand and have the tools for success. Lastly and most importantly, SBM is an employee first company putting as much weight in our employee surveys as we do in our client satisfaction surveys.

Cons

SBM is not your typical 9-5 operation and requires the right management style to survive the fast paced culture. The company expects a lot out of its employees due to the nature of the business, but makes a strong effort to give back to its employees. It is easy to become consumed with the job and it is important to develop a strong work-life balance.

Pros

I work at coca cola headquaters in Atlanta. Sbm provides their services to coca cola through contract. The people I work with is mostly nice and provide help when needed.

Cons

The pay is low for the amount of work that sbm requires. They're short staffed and lack in management skills. My experience working here has been awful. No recognition for the work that gets done and always have negative feedback. Thus far this is the worse job I have had. Since I've worked for the company I've seen over 10 employees leave and even site managers, leads, and supervisors. When you see that amount of people leave in 3 months of working you can really see the performance they lack within the company. To add on the workload is overbearing. Low compensation for the amount of work Sbm wants done. It's basically not worth it. Overall my experience with SBM is horrible and I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone.
