There is major lack of communication/ Professionalism, Between supervisors/Leads communicating/Addressing issues with Employees directly. Absolute no type of physical support when having to complete work orders in GMP Areas and even at the end of our shift when we get a last minute work order. some leads never help employees complete a task. always in the office with supervisors. there is a huge role of favoritism within the supervisor/ leads with Employees. its beyond ridiculous.

Good coworkers, has nice Christmas parties.

Cons

Management has always been bad and will always be bad. CEO is too strung up on the wrong things. Makes for a very stressful working life. Know people that started and left within a day due to being such a poor place to work.

Now new management 6 month's is very badly 18 employee 4 lead Forman they don't have any experience janitorial they don't now how-to checking building they support some employees like secret girlfriend my century
