      I have been working for SBM for about 5 years and have had a very positive experience. It is very exciting to be working for a company that is consistently growing. I have had 3 promotions since I have been here. They value hard work and recognize those that get results. Thank you SBM!!

      somewhat flexible schedule that is about it

      Cons

      Management and HR are clueless. No one knows anything, poor training yet you are expected to know all the ins and outs of the job right away. No recognition unless something goes wrong. HR ppl are the most unhelpful ppl you will ever know (no local HR, everything is by phone or email, good luck on getting any call backs). Managers barely speak any english and have no degrees to back up their title maybe the reason they are useless. You are expected to do everyone's job without the title or pay. This is the worst company I have ever worked for!
