Pros

I liked my co-workers and learned a lot

Cons

Compensation is low compared to other companies, marketing under bids so that managers don't have the resources they need to be successful and it all falls back on them. I saw this happen at several sites across many states. Managers receive little training and are expected to do everything perfectly. If HR doesn't like you, watch out. Managers have a crazy amount of work to do (paperwork, tracking employees, trying to figure out how to get everything done often resulting in having to do janitorial work themselves).

Pros

Not a single positive aspect of this organization other than the free snacks and drinks. The coffee station is fantastic and you'll need it! There are some really good people in the organization but they are smothered by the toxic environment and manage by fear approach taken by the CEO/owner.

Cons

Extremely poor senior leadership. No strategic vision, poorly run operationally and financially. The CEO/Owner is volatile and unpredictable and treats people with disrespect. There is an utter lack of accountability across the organization and the lack of internal operational and financial controls is shocking. Business tools are poorly implemented and not well thought out.

Pros

You learn a lot about the facility management in a very short period of time(4 to 6 months). There are great opportunities for growth within the company. What you put in you get out of it depending on the site you have been assigned.

Cons

THe interview process was misleading. There is little support from upper management even if they are not working at your site. They occasionally cut corners to meet budget. Theft of supplies by front line employees is common. If you have the opportunity to work at different sites you have little notice. Little thanks for your efforts. Zero flexibility
