Pros

Independence, Autonomy and Freedom to Achieve successes sum up the biggest reasons to be a part of this dynamic and process driven organization. If you want the ability to set your own path, earn a good salary and really develop your own professional skills, this is an excellent environment to do so. Part of that seems intentional, but sometimes it can be more out of need to find your own way.

Cons

Some downsides would include a general lack of ability for the Corporate team to clearly define roles, responsibilities and what success looks like, although, there have been many improvements made in the recent months / year. Reviews can go without completion for months / years and the weight seems to be on the employee to drive those processes when they do occur.
