Great people, flexibility, some perks, a lot of training available and opportunities to grow in operations. Unique business model, they take of employees

Cons

not all positions are fairly compensated, somewhat unfair, weird schedules, not a good work life balance, no incentive programs for managers

SBM is one of the biggest players in the facilities management industry. This company values strong leadership, people who have different ideas and those want to prove their value. I had to leave for personal reasons, but would definitely return.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are there if you are willing to sacrifice a satisfying work-life balance and deal with the stresses that come with a demanding industry.
