Pros

Autonomy, many locations throughout the US.

Cons

Overworked, Underpaid, Hard to move up within the company. Insite is a good software system, however, there is not enough support in the field to operate it. Company is SALES driven and forgets about it's current business and employees. Morale is at an all time low!! Horrible company. Will low bid accounts to win them and then cut, cut, cut headcount and leave it up to the site manager to be there 20 hrs a day trying to run the account.

Pros

Sorry to say what I experience there is nothing to say anything about any Pros. Just may the day that I walked out that door and never look back could be consider the Pros!!!

Cons

Wow What I can start with!!! They represent the job with promises they didn't fulfill. 1. The interview process they didn't show me all the building that we had to do and then top it off they only gave me 10 not even enough to get the quality work they wanted... then after 2 weeks the laid off 2 without having any replacements and then cut their hours to no more than 6 hours. 2.They had one person to clean a building with over 35 offices (that's not including cubicles) and then had to clean over 20 restroom ( with 7-2 stalls). 3. Had to work extra long hours, keep up with everyone (5 different locations), do audits and then clean as well. 4, Upper Management didn't properly order supplies or trained me to order supplies and we would run out of supplies and the contractor thought it was my fault. It took them 2 months before I received anything.
