Great benefits and plenty of like minded individuals who have great ideas. Room for advancement with hard work.

Cons

On call 7 days a week and no work/life balance that they pitch to you upon accepting the job, terrible communication lines at times, lack of understanding with personal issues.

Pros

Good job right out college, regional/division managers are so disconnected from area/site managers, I literally spend 3 out of 5 days on golf course and wrote it off on expense report, always approved, even though it's against their policy

Cons

Were you a custodian for the company? Did a great job resulting in a new contract at a reduced price to customer to keep contract they will do anything to retain? Congrats, your demoted to entry level pay so we can meet new site budget and get our quarterly bonuses!! But it doesn't happen like that so we will write you up at any cost to terminate you then bring you back cause you need a job but you have to start back over at square one. Its always fun though when owner visits site to discuss employee pay concerns, on private jet, with private car looking like a billionaire!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Horrible expereince!!!!

Cons

Horrible, experience and a complete trainwreck. Treated employees terrible from the top down. continously underminded by the reginal manager which was a dicator..stay away from any jobs in the south if she is still there. Please seriously reconsider taking a role with this company. Unemployment is a much better option.
