Great for everyone except middle management.

Pros

The pay is good compared to competitor's salaries. Usually, there is a lot of freedom to come and go as you please, as long as you produce satisfactory end results.

Cons

Upper and senior management do not really pay attention to the needs of middle management. There is a disconnect between sales and operations.

Pros

We have a condensed work week and decent break schedule.

Cons

SBM will pay you just enough above minimum wage to keep a person around, Then they will put off and make excuses for 2-3 years why you have not recieved a review or a raise .....not even a cost of living increase is in your future. They offer benefits but do not defer any of the cost, so plan on one whole paycheck out the window if you need health insurance for your family.

Pros

I get paid and some benefits, have made some good lifetime friends. I have the knowledge that I do a good job.

Cons

Very little recognition for good job only tell you complaints. Not enough supplies to complete job. No communication with management.
