Benefits are not that great, but some of the recent changes have made it better. The overall culture is just toxic to work in and for. The senior leaders are all very self serving and its not about whats in the best for SBM but whats a better power play for myself, this is especially so at the corporate office. Such waste is occurring at the corporate office and the front line workers are taking the brunt of this waste. The corporate office should support the front line operations, but all they do is pass their work down while cutting the site budgets. Never in my life have a seen a company spend so much money on finance and corporate to micro manage a site. They call themselves finance directors, but they are glorified report writers. Hourly team members beware, this company does many shady items that in many cases (California especially) is just against the law. have no fear through SBA will hide behind the unions when it benefits them should you wish. Also the new Insight app isn't about making your life easier, its about tracking your time so they can eventually move to a pay per sq ft metric.

Everything you hear about the CEO and work culture on reviews are true and even worst then expected. Jobs are constantly threaten as a form of motivation and CEO belittles and verbally abuses employees. There are also unrealistic deadlines set for projects with little to no direction. Coming to this company was the worst decision I have ever made professionally. Do not make the same mistake.
