Pros

company cell phone for app-based paycheck monitoring and employee training. 401k medical benefits rewards program hourly pay is FANTASTIC sick days paid time off for holidays and snow emergencies some of us get weekends off you get people saying "thank you" if you get their trash.

Cons

you don't get paid 3 million an hour they don't give you a company helicopter even if you ask if you work in an office, they don't let you eat the keyboards people won't believe you when you tell them that you saw an animal one day.

Not a great place to work at

Pros

Has snacks/drinks and cater lunch in the office often . Decent benefits and holidays. Other than that, I'm not really sure if someone can justify working here just for free food.

Cons

Poor work culture. Many people work with constant fear, and Senior Leadership just continues to push for that kind of culture. Many Department heads just sit back and let their team do all of the work while they take the credit. Like many others have said, the CEO is not a good person.

Pros

I took the role as the CIO was very experienced and there was a urgent need to update all of the companies core systems which is something that I enjoy doing

Cons

CIO left due to issues with owner. Bonuses were not paid Removing door policy with staff, they like to lay off a certain number of people each quarter They don't even give 2 weeks notice when they lay people off
