      If your a man and get along with upper management you will move up in pay and up in titles in no time !! If your a women be prepared to be overlooked, talked down too and make less!!

      Cons

      Work life balance, new management isn't trained well ever!!! No pay raises if your site isn't making money ... no raises for employees for years!!!

      Do not work for this company unless you have lost all self-respect. Corporate employees are constantly harassed and berated by the CEO; he'll embarrass people in front of VPs and Managers, call people names and simply let you go for not being a mind-reader. He is a complete manic.This is the absolute worst company I've ever worked for. If you're smart you'll stay away.

      Lot of advancement opportunities, good culture of people, high profile customers with strong brand identity, bonus opportunities by quarter, personal contact with upper management

      Cons

      No ongoing managerial training, poor communication of day to day expectations and deadlines, not enough site specific upper level support, long unscheduled hours for periods of time, price driven industry, too much customer control over operations, high staff turnover
