Snacks are brought in. Free lunch every other week.

Cons

Top heavy leadership in IT. Too many chiefs, not enough actual workers. Management team works from home. Implemented a policy where the employees have to be in the office though. Company culture is to constantly threaten the workers.

Doesn't promote work life balance and understaffed. Benefits and holidays not the best.
