Really can't think of anything. They pay you, you don't have to buy sodas or snacks, they are complimentary there. Other than that, can't really think of anything positive to say

Cons

Poor leadership, senior management are glorified custodial workers, no big picture strategic thinkers. The managers don't reward success and just punish failures. Getting fired is like a tag line for them, just not a good company to work for. At the end of the day, all that is really cared about is how much more or less money the CEO will have in his pocket.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Horrible expereince!!!!

Cons

Horrible, experience and a complete trainwreck. Treated employees terrible from the top down. continously underminded by the reginal manager which was a dicator..stay away from any jobs in the south if she is still there. Please seriously reconsider taking a role with this company. Unemployment is a much better option.

Pay was decent and it was paid out weekly, so that was great. They advertised unlimited PTO, but be careful with that. I enjoyed some of the people I worked with.

Cons

Leadership and management are horrible. They expect unrealistic expectations from the team - some not within your job description. They advertised the unlimited PTO, but how dare you take advantage of that? Also, favoritism is HUGE here, so you will not thrive if they don’t “like” you (very high school behavior). Leadership will also gossip behind your back and then smile in your face without blinking an eye. Oh and don’t be fooled by HR being onsite, they’re not for you, they’re for the company. Listen to the low reviews, a 2.7 for a company rating is LOW, don’t ignore that.
