ZERO. They will have you fooled the first few days.

Cons

This company is an absolute disaster. The leadership team is the worst I've ever encountered, barking orders and blaming the team for their own lack of direction. They have no respect for deadlines, reviewing documents at the last minute and piling on non-critical edits, leaving employees with zero work-life balance. Departments have no say in how they're run, and the marketing team was unceremoniously canned. Those who remain are trapped in a golden handcuff situation, and the place reeks of misery. HR is a complete joke. Avoid this company at all costs.

For the most part, the employees I came across or interacted with were nice, I was usually the only employee in the office.

Cons

If you are a new hire stepping into this role, I wish you good luck. You be expected to handle various tasks with limited training. Additionally, you will receive inconsistent instructions from leadership specifically from your direct report. Furthermore, if you make a mistake, you can expect an unprofessional unscheduled call. Additionally, be prepared to be heavily micromanaged in this position.
