Horrible working environment - stay away unless you are desperate

Pros

Some small perks like free snacks and some drinks.

Cons

A lot of negative reviews here hit it on the nose. The problem starts with the owner (Charles) and totally unrealistic timelines and extreme stress. Constant threats of being fired.

Great Potential but I dont know what management is doing

I enjoy my team and the ability to help others.

Cons

The new VP of TA is bringing this team down and she doesn't realize it. Things have not gotten better since she got here. The company has put our bonuses on hold since last year and they owe us thousands of dollars and still no word on when we are receiving our commission. She also talks to us like we are dumb and cuts us off.
