Avoid at all cost, this place will wear you down

Pros

Snacks, they feed you well. Only because they a really trying to justify 5 day work weeks in office.

Cons

This company plays favorites. Everyone is rude in an unprofessional manner. Micromanagement is abundant. Incompetent, no one knows who handles what, or what anything is called. They will request something vague, urgently, then not follow up when you need clarification because they aren't smart enough to read. High turnover, which causes which causes less bandwidth for all teams. Everything is urgent, but remember that if everything is urgent, nothing is. No rules, everyone will bully your team. Exceptions will be made as if rules don't exist, and no safe boundaries are ever drawn. Don't work here. If you have any previous office experience before this, you will be baffled by how incredibly rude and demanding your coworkers are, and the sheer lack of intelligence that exists at this company.

Pros

Snack. A lot of the local level people are nice.

Cons

The executive level leadership does not care about learning curves, incompetence, "good ole boys", or inconsistencies. If you aren't performing to the level, they think you should be, producing results, you're the problem.

Horrible Employer- Run Fast

Pros

They pay very well. But that pay comes with an incredible cost to your personal freedom, time with your family and your dignity.

Cons

I experienced a horrific hostile environment while working there. The HR leadership should be ashamed of themselves for the environment they contribute to creating. They share confidential information with others who have no right to know that information. They have incredibly unethical practices such as creating a list of people to fire every year during the holidays! The CEO and owner is cruel and frankly crazy. He publicly cusses employees out and insults them. He is paranoid and thinks that people take advantage of him and leads through instilling fear of being fired. Because they pay people well, this gives them the right to do, say and demand anything they want out of they people they employ. Unless you are absolutely desperate, do not accept a job there. Anyone even considering should ask what happened to the people in your position, chances are there were a half a dozen other people in that same role, in the same year that was fired.
