You will get micromanaged, you will get overloaded with irrelevant "urgent" requests, you will do everyone else's job and then you will do poorly on your performance review because you didn't do your job to their satisfaction. They discriminate against everyone that is not in the inner circle, they don't follow hiring protocols and when this is brought to the attention of HR, the MD overrides the inquiry ensuring (lying) that the process has been followed. It's like a high school show in the USA. You will lose your sole. Stay away.
