Pros

Some teams are collaborative, and the company offers opportunities to work on recognizable household products.

Cons

Unfortunately, the culture can feel highly political and favoritism is noticeable in certain areas of the organization. Advancement and opportunities sometimes appear tied more to internal relationships than performance. Another challenge is the lack of transparency around relocation packages and policies. Expectations are not always clearly communicated upfront, which can create difficult financial and personal situations for employees later on. Work-life balance can also be particularly challenging for parents. In my experience, there was limited empathy or flexibility for mothers navigating family responsibilities alongside demanding work expectations. The overall environment in some teams can feel toxic, with inconsistent leadership support and unclear processes. This can make it difficult for employees to feel secure or valued. Advice to Management: Improve transparency around relocation agreements and employee policies, create more consistent leadership standards, and foster a culture where employees, especially working parents feel supported rather than penalized.

Pros

PTO, base salary, *most* people are great, benefits.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities, long/term incentives below Director level, constant organizational change, reactive and toxic leadership, internal politics, promotes more based on personality type than skills and merit, lack of transparency in feedback, questionable pay transparency. HR campaigns on feedback, succession, and development are propaganda.

Good pay. Good bonuses if you're manager or above.

Cons

One day per week WFH. Uses lots of outsourced staff. Can be very isolating if you don't buy in to the 'family'
