Secure job, good company values, but need to catch up with the times

Private company, so the decision making is not based purely on pleasing shareholders; CEO seems to have a good ethical compass; good job security; nice holiday vacation

Cons

No remote work; poor location; no clear advancement track for technical roles; relatively low pay compared to others in industry; high turnover in upper management = roller coaster for some employees

Tenure matters more than anything, culture did not feel inclusive, lack trust in remote work, high turnover, felt like a boys club, software and other tech incredibly outdated, work location dismal
