      - Career Advancement: You must drive your career. If you can do that, you will be quickly promotable - Salary, Benefits: Amazing retirement contributions and insurance options! Always felt well compensated with my salary. - Leadership: C suite level leaders make themselves visible to every day employees and make them feel apart of the company. Always provide opportunities for candid Q&A and will answer the tough questions.

      Cons

      - Culture: Pretty traditional hierarchry driven. Not many people hang out outside of work such as happy hours, or spend much time at work just connecting on a human level. - Transparency: Decisions are made and flow from top down. On the senior level leadership side, there is opportunity to provide more visibility into any changes upcoming.
