Pros

SCAN is THE BEST company to work for! SCAN offers competitive salary, with 11 paid holidays per year, plus paid recharge days. SCAN offers great employee benefit options, online learning courses, an education assistance program, annual bonuses, and a 401K. We serve more than 270,000 members and still growing. There is tons of opportunity for growth here at SCAN. SCAN Leadership at SCAN is phenomenal! They have created an all-inclusive, supportive, safe working environment, where everyone is accepted and respected!

Cons

I can't think of any, seriously!

Pros

Good pay Good benefits Was hybrid, not anymore

Cons

They ask staff to write reviews here. Anything 5 star is suspect. Company is too political and unscientific, divisive topics are common conversations rather than remaining focused on the mission. Covid policy is outdated and based on politics not science. The CEO is very defensive. They play favorites. CEO says the flu vaccine prevents infection completely. The cdc advises that some people who get vaccinated may still get sick with flu. CEO spreads medical disinformation claiming the shot will prevent infection. Why would you even say something like that as the CEO? Back to office during inflation and recession right now is punitive to staff. They won’t listen to us. It’s expensive to travel for work when we have been remote for years. I expect folks to quit.
