Pros

The supervisors are supportive and easy to communicate with. Upper management is also good - approachable and engaged. I'm happy with the work-life balance and work arrangements. The inclusive culture is great for morale. My list of pros includes autonomy in handling work, decent pay, and manageable workloads.

Cons

I've seen no negatives so far.

Pros

1. There’s no micromanagement here. 2. The HR team is great. 3. Creating strategies to keep employees happy and engaged. 4. The pay is solid and the benefits are great (PTO, 401k, wellness program, tuition reimbursement). 5. Hybrid work model.

Cons

The job involves a lot of analysis, so good critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
