      Too many politics in IT team

      Pros

      When I first started it felt like we were a team and everyone is welcoming. Other departments were very nice and kind.

      Cons

      Too many changes in the IT team because of management. Went from an amazing working environment with team focused into segregated teams.

      Not sure. It was kinda awesome before the current leadership?

      Trust me, it’s become a seriously stilted, awkward work environment. Everybody is on edge about getting fired. There are really, really dumb people leading certain divisions and a lot of politics that remain. The chief executives and other higher-ups are mostly idiots or arrogant or both. There remains some verbally abusive “management” where complaints from many employees have fallen on deaf ears. The place is not really about the mission statement of keeping seniors healthy and independent as it was when I joined not too long ago.
