Pros

It’s empowering to be part of a forward-thinking company. There is genuine commitment applied to help improve the medical coverage for seniors. The management also communicates well, with great values for employee growth, and maintains good support.

Cons

Expansion into new states presents difficulties in maintaining consistent service quality.

Some teams have poor wlb but my team had very good wlb

Cons

Lower pay, Data Science role can be more focused on doing Data Science and not presenting to leadership

Pros

The management’s communication and dedication to employee growth are optimized which helps me get the support I need to excel. Also, the training is implemented well to equip employees like me to have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively help seniors understand the Medical Advantage plan benefits.

Cons

For some, navigating the complexities of Medicare can be a challenge.
