      Pros

      • Admirable reputation in healthcare. • Unparalleled dedication to the senior citizens of America. • Undeniable commitment to employees’ welfare. • Job involves handling the payroll of our employees from our sister companies across the country so it was overwhelming at first. But with the right training and technology that the company provided, I’m able to swing by with much ease. • Above industry pay and perks that include: 401k, Bonus, Hybrid setup, PTO, and Tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      There’s nothing to complain about. Just work hard and recognition & rewards will not be far behind.

      Pros

      SCAN is an incredible place to be if you want to move the needle on hard healthcare problems with an awesome group of people. Leaders and colleagues are truly committed to SCAN's mission of keeping seniors healthy and independent. They regularly do what is right for their members. The executive leadership team is the best I've encountered in my ~15 years of experience, particularly the CEO. They are inspiring, have a bold vision, and consistently demonstrate their commitment to SCAN members, their communities, and colleagues. Colleagues are kind and supportive to each other, and the benefits are great. SCAN is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Scan makes me feel appreciated. Scan encourages and compensated you for community engagement. Upper management is easy to communicate with. Scan fosters community. Team building! "Re-charge" days (paid days off company wide) are such a blessing! HEALTHY Company Culture!

      Cons

      The use of abbreviations within this company as well as in the Insurance world is a bit overwhelming and strikes me as lazy.
