      1 - SCAN provides the training, knowledge and tools to be successful in helping seniors understand their Medicare Advantage plan benefits. 2 - SCAN is a forward-thinking company 3 - From the communication and actions from SCAN management team, you can see the committed to improving medical coverage for seniors.

      Cons

      The cons are not so much with SCAN but with the challenges of Medicare itself and the members navigating thru the various Medical groups and other providers (specialist, dental, vision, etc). SCAN is expanding to other states and there are challenges to providing the best services in new areas.
