Most of the management is down to earth. Everyone is really friendly. Lots of fun things provided for us i.e. Coffee company comes in often, food truck lunch provided, in n out truck, ice cream sandwich, etc.

Cons

Some managers and especially directors have power trips. My department is very divided and unhappy but VP does nothing even with high turnover.

downs side was on how many member get dissatisfied or upset with provider/office staff services and they have to submit a complaint or grievance to the health plan.
