Pros

Fully remote role, which is a huge win for my work-life balance. I’m glad the internal processes are well-defined and not chaotic. It’s great to work with compliance, finance, and product teams. Solid PTO, bonus program, wellness perks, and a good 401(k) match.

Cons

Heavy on reporting – you have to be attentive to detail.

My workdays go as planned and without surprises, which keeps stress levels down. Processes are clear, and expectations stay consistent. I help members understand their plans, track requests, and find answers efficiently. The training has also been a great help. Giving me much needed people skills to perform effectively.

Cons

Some members call frustrated and concerns take time to get resolved
