It's so funny that they mentioned this company is a "Great place to work" certified, when colleagues don't even know each other. We're at our desks, facing our computers all day long. We don't even take breaks together, we're always by ourselves at the lunch table.

There is a disconnect between senior leadership and the rest of the organization. While generally well-intentioned, the senior leadership team operates in an echo chamber. Departments are very siloed, the culture can be cliquey, and new ideas (and people) are often met with suspicion.
