Pros

The company itself is amazing. Every single employee knows the mission and vision. Employee benefits are very competitive. Down-line communications are strong. Free food and coffee at least once a month.

Cons

The only cons I have is for the management of certain departments. Some managers and directors limit their employees when it comes to engagement and growth. Some has some kind of power trip where they change the company rules for their own teams.

Manager was honest and fair, I got to work from home most of the time. The work was challenging and I felt that I made a difference in the member's lives.

Cons

I was outsourced by nurses in the Philippines. There was no need to have us drive to Long Beach for meetings as everything could have been handled remotely.
