      The company itself has great goals, but the management lacks competence.

      Pros

      Most of the management is down to earth. Everyone is really friendly. Lots of fun things provided for us i.e. Coffee company comes in often, food truck lunch provided, in n out truck, ice cream sandwich, etc.

      Cons

      Some managers and especially directors have power trips. My department is very divided and unhappy but VP does nothing even with high turnover.

      Poor on-boarding process No career advancement opportunities HR department with no people skills No corporate culture that is being nurtured Constant restructuring and getting rid of long-term employees
