      No longer employee centric

      Pros

      Currently the only pros are PTO and the availability of hybrid and remote positions.

      Cons

      SCAN has quietly been removing employee benefits the past two years. No more employee appreciation picnics, star rating bonuses gone, cut back on recharge days, yearly raises and bonuses percentage shrinking with no transparency about these at the town hall meetings. They also keep changing the company yearly goals to make it impossible to get a higher raise. Instead they send everyone cheap merchandises with their logo on them.

Providing our Rebels (employees) with offerings that support their well-being, both professionally and personally, remains a priority at SCAN. Though there hasn’t been a merger at SCAN, we have grown and formed new partnerships to further our mission of keeping seniors healthy and independent. That said, SCAN remains a not-for-profit organization deeply committed to the care of older adults, and that commitment remains unchanged.       Good option for both new and seasoned pros

      Pros

      It's a good place for marketing professionals, especially for those starting out. They can learn a lot here because the team is full of experienced people who know what they're doing. The leaders communicate clearly and provide good tools. You get up to speed quickly because the onboarding is done right. PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) are part of a solid benefits package.

      Cons

      The workload picks up fast during campaign cycles.
