      I liked serving the senior population

      Cons

      Management could use some additional training I felt like a number. It starts at the top. If the environment was more positive and encouraging I feel like it would go a long way with employee moral.

      Scan is a mission driven company really focused on trying to make a difference in healthcare. Some of my favorite people on the planet work there.

      The company is really trying to move forward and be what they say they are. They do care about their employees and will work with you.

      Cons

      Middle management is their weakest link. Departments are often territorial and entitled.
