      The health benefits package is excellent.

      SCAN Health Plan has a horrible work atmosphere due to the unprofessional leadership. Our supervisors here are often rude and disrespectful. They don't show employees any respect, and we regularly receive insults and verbal abuse from them. This isn't the kind of leadership thay you would like to work for I bet.

In addition to this, our leadership, management, and HR teams provide open forums for employees to share any problems or concerns they may have at any time.       This is the right place for people keen to play a part in improving senior care. The environment is collaborative, with a strong focus on innovation and high-quality service. Management communicates clearly and supports professional growth through continuous training. Also, the company offers good pay and benefits.
