Great work life balance. Upper management truly cares about you and your well being. Extensive training. Someone is always willing and able to help answer any questions you might have.

Cons

At times, have to work with difficult members. Rapidly evolving which causes many changes quickly.

Pros

A nice place to work with a good work to life balance. Paid recharge days. Annual bonus. Lots of extra perks like grub hub credits and Fitbit watches. Genuinely nice coworkers.

Cons

Pay is not great. Several layoffs and people quitting through out the company has left the environment feeling a bit unstable. Especially with such fast growth and expansion.
