The Telesales Management Team is Awesome! They are Encouraging, motivating, Supportive , knowledgeable and lead with clear, assertive direction .The leadership collaboration is strong, committed, and always insync. The team atmosphere is positive, supportive , engaging, competitive and fun. Scan Health plan offers competitive employee compensation , Great Benefits and lots of extra perks Just because. I feel proud ,grateful and motivated being part of this Team and This Organization. I am inspired everyday to be the very best version of myself and to extend just that on every call, to every prospective member everyday. Thank you Scan 💙.

I can't really think of any cons at this time. I'd like to say that I wish I was a Full time Rep. But I honestly already feel as I am since last year I stayed for 10 months out of the year with two months vacation in between and always feel included

Working here is like aggressively fighting to prove your worth to the management and it's ridiculous!

I realized at one point that I didn't have to do that, that no one has to prove their worth to anyone!

Cons

Working here is like constantly fighting to prove your worth to your supervisor, and your manager. It's not just the work itself that creates the stress and get you exhausted, but also the relationship you're building with the management. It's ridiculous how we aggressively fight for our spot to create better opportunities.
